ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members.

2.The primordial contention of the petitioner is that she took a policy in the Disc Assets Lead India Limited and also introduced 40 members to the Company. Her further contention is that a Commission under the head of Hon'ble Justice Mr.Paul Vasantha Kumar, retired Judge of Madras High Court, was constituted and the police are taking efforts to settle the money due to the affected persons. However, according to her, the police are harassing her over phone, on the basis of the false complaint lodged by the second respondent.

3.Per contra, Mr.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that since Commission was constituted under the head of three retired Judges of the Hon'ble High Court of Madras, the complaint lodged by the second respondent with the first respondent, was registered in C.S.R.No.96 of 2020 was closed on 10.10.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
