ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 21.01.2023, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case inCC No.276 of 2014 with in a period of three months, and the requisition letter dated 05.06.2023 in D.No.1274 of 2023, submitted by Judicial Magistrate No.1, Karur,Forwarded by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.276 of 2014 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Karur.

2.The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur, sent a letter dated 08.06.2023, requesting extension of further time to dispose of C.C.No.276 of 2014 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 20.01.2023.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, one month time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.276 of 2014 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
