PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of recovery in Ref.No.EMRC/MKU/KS/ Show cause notice /2024-2025 dated 17.12.2024 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to disburse the alleged amount of pension arrears of Rs.26,91,770/- to the petitioner with interest from the date of retirement i.e from 30.06.2022 to till date considering the UGC approval vide Ref. No.F.3-4-90 (MC) on 05.10.1990 and Syndicate of University approved Scale of pay Rs.2000-3500 dated 24.11.1990 and Syndicate held on approved 26.06.2009, within the time stipulated by this Court.
