Respondent/Complainant Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15035 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020 on the file of this Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.UTHAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15035 of 2020 on 17.12.2020

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.11330 of 2020 on 14.10.2020 is modified to the effect https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.153 of 2021 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
