O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to initiate appropriate action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2021 made before the first respondent herein, within a time fixed by this Court.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a resident of Bodinayakanur and on 21.10.2021, one Veerasaravana Perumal came in a White Colour Vendo Car, with rash and negligent manner and dashed against the petitioner's vehicle, due to which, the petitioner sustained grievous injuries and made a complaint to the second respondent Police. However, the third respondent, who is the brother of Veerasaravana Perumal and is working as Head Constable of the second respondent Police Station, threatened the petitioner to withdraw the complaint. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation before the first respondent on 19.11.2021 for taking appropriate action as per the relevant provisions of law, however, no action was taken. Hence, this Writ Petition has been filed.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 Police submits that during the pendency of this petition, F.I.R in Crime No.21 of 2022 was registered for the offence punishable under Sections 279 and 337 IPC and thereafter, the Police have filed a charge sheet before the concerned Court and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.1460 of 2022 and it was ended in conviction.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 Police, no further order is required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
