Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's father applied for being provided with free agricultural electricity connection for the petition mentioned agricultural land. After submitting the application, he settled the property in favour of the petitioner. When the application was ripe for consideration, the petitioner's father was issued with a communication to furnish the readiness register to demonstrate his readiness.

3. It appears that there was some delay in furnishing the relevant documents. In the meanwhile, the annual target had also reached. The respondent is ready to give free agricultural electricity connection for the petition mentioned field in favour of the petitioner, as and when the next announcement is made for providing free agricultural electricity connection. 2/4

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent, this writ petition stands disposed. No costs.
