ORDER

Seeking to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.12.2025, this criminal original petition is filed. 2.Considering that no adverse order is likely to be passed against the third respondent, notice to him is dispensed with. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a money dispute was prevailing between the petitioner and the third respondent with respect to the Trust, namely, 'Trum Trust'. The said Trust had issued a loan to Women Self Help Group, in which, certain disputes have arisen, following which, a complaint has been lodged by the petitioner as against the third respondent. However, in the petition 2/4

lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent police is subjecting her to harassment in the name of enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that in this matter enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 02.01.2026.

5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 19.01.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Rmk To The Superintendent of Police, Tuticorin District, Tuticorin.
