O R D E R

The Civil Revision has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 02.04.2013 made in I.A.No.78 of 2013 in O.S.No.48 of 2007, on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Kuzhithurai.

2. As per the report received from the I Additional District Munsif Court, Kuzhithurai, dated 01.09.2021, the suit in O.S.No.48 of 2007 has been dismissed as abated on 24.02.2014. As on date, I.A.Nos. 282 and 283 of 2016 filed on 28.04.2016 to restore the suit in O.S.No.48 of 2007 is pending.

3. In view of the fact that the suit has already been dismissed as abated nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition and hence, the Civil Revision Petition is closed as infructuous.
