The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the suit has been dismissed for default and nothing survives in this petition and this petition has become infructuous. The learned Counsel further submitted that as and when the suit is restored, the petitioners must be given the liberty to revive the Civil Revision Petition at that point of time.
