PRAYER IN CMA(MD) No.SR23537 of 2016:- To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 20.11.2015 made in MCOP.No.343 of 2014 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Sub Court), Kulithalai and allow the CMA. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.R.SHIVA SHANKARI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 433 days in re-presenting the above civil miscellaneous appeal in C.M.A.(MD). No.SR.23537 of 2016.

2.
