This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation of the case in Crime No.18 of 2014 pending on the file of the All Women Police Station, Tenkasi and file final report against the accused persons within a reasonable time.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.236 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sencottai. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
