Respondent/Respondent/Defendant Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed Under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and Decreetal order passed in I.A.No.670 of 2009 in O.S.No.201 of 2009 dated 03.11.2011 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate,Sivagiri. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 25.09.2019,23.03.2020, and 22.09.2020 and letter in D.No.1504/2020 Dated 01.12.

2020 received from the Additional District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, seeking further 3 months time to dispose the case, this Court made the following order: Earlier this Court vide order dated 25.09.2019 dismissed the Civil Revision Petition, directing the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, to complete the proceedings in O.S.No.201 of 2009 within a period of three months. Subsequently, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, vide letter dated 06.03.2020, sought two months time to dispose of the suit and this Court, vide order dated 23.03.2020, granted two months time. Thereafter, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, vide letter dated 04.09.2020, sought three months time to dispose of the same and this Court, vide order dated 22.09.

2020, granted two months time. Now, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, again sought for another three months time.

2. Accepting the reasons assigned by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, in her letter dated 01.12.2020, time granted by this Court vide order dated 25.09.2019 in C.R.P(MD)No.538 of 2012 to dispose of O.S.No.201 of 2009 is extended by three months from today. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted in future.
