3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.33 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur, and after trial, the case was disposed of in S.C.No.96 of 2017, on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai.
