ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 18.05.2015 for the alleged offence under Sections 353 and 379 IPC r/w Section 21(b) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act in Crime No.67 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused have used explosives to take stand from the land of the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second accused was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.9934 of 2015 on 05.06.2015 and the petitioner is a coolie and he is nothing to do with the alleged offences.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, they are directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until further orders. sd/- 08/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
