ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 18.05.2015 on execution of Non Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur, for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324 and 294(b), 120(b) and 307 IPC in P.R.C.No.14 of 2009 seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous animosity, 10 accused persons unlawfully assembled with weapons and attacked the defacto complainant and caused injuries.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not aware of filing of charge sheet and he was in abroad for his livelihood. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to appear before all future hearing dates before the lower court.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly,

they are directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur, Ramnad District, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the lower court on all future hearings without fail.
