SA(MD). No.481 of 2010 ORDER:- This Second Appeal Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption 'for extension of time' and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 11.04.2022 and requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi, vide letter in D.No.1410/2022, dated 04/11/2022, this Court made the following order:

"This appeal is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time'.

2. The learned Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi, has addressed a letter dated 04.11.2022, seeking further three months time to dispose of A.S.No.137 of 2004.

3. Satisfied with the reasons set out by the learned Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi, this Court is inclined to extend three months from today. Accordingly, it is extended by three months from today."
