RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each vide order dated 23.12.2021 made in Crl O.P (MD) No. 20702 of 2021 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEYAKARTHIK.M.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while granting anticipatory bail, this Court directed the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) each to the credit of District Mineral Foundation Trust, Madurai. CRL MP(MD) No.378 of 2022 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed in para 6 in the order, dated 23.12.2022, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20702 of 2021, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) each. The other conditions are remain unchanged.
