2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioner is not in position to arrange the sureties, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.13578 of 2021 dated 30.09.2021.
