ORDER
The present writ petition is filed to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from usurping the power of the Civil Court and also to give police protection.
2. Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, would submit that the complaint given by the third respondent was enquired in Current Paper No.2329/GDP/SP-Theni/2020, dated 21.12.2020 and based on the representation made by the petitioner and the third respondent that they would resolve their dispute before a competent civil Court, the complaint was closed.
