ORDER

The petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent / wife has filed this petition to transfer the HMOP.No.168 of 2020 from the file of Family Court, Dindigul to Sub Court, Aruppukkottai.

2. On perusal of the records it is seen that the respondent / wife is residing at Dindigul and she is having one year female child with her. Therefore, she is unable to travel to Aruppukkottai from Dindigul. It is also seen that another HMOP.No.92 of 2020 also pending before the Sub Court, Aruppukkottai.

3. Since the respondent / wife is a lady and having one year female child with her, this Court is not inclined to allow this Transfer CMP.
