ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.1931 of 2008 pending before the Family Court No.II, Chennai and transfer the same to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.53 of 2008 on the file of the Sub-Court, Pattukottai.

3. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on both sides.

4. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is of the year 2009 and the matter has been kept pending till date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time.

5. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Family Court No.II, Chennai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.1931 of 2008, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not disposed of earlier. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
