Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the proceedings against the Fair and Decreetal Order dated 13.03.2015 in I.A.No.80 of 2011 in A.S.No.622 of 2004 of Additional Sub Court, Dindigul.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. H.LAKSHMI SHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the interim order of stay passed by this Court dated 06.08.2015 in M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2015 in CRP (MD)No.1625 of 2015.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2 According to the petitioner, interim order was granted by this Court on 06.08.2015 and thereafter, it was subsequently

extended on 20.08.2015 and 03.09.2015. In the meantime the sole respondent died and steps were taken to bring the Lrs of the deceased sole respondent and due to which, the interim order was not extended. When the appellate Court has taken up the matter, he knows that the interim order has not been extended. 3 Though notice served none appeared for the respondents. 4 In such circumstances, interim order already granted by this Court is extended until further orders.
