O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct a survey and earmark the four boundaries of the petitioner's land comprised in Survey Nos.992/1A and 992/1C1, covered by Patta No.5638, situated at Sukkampatti Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2025.

2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an online application as well as a representation have been made for demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of the parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the respondents to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 10.12.2025 and the representation dated 15.12.2025, demarcate the petitioner's land after consideration of the claims of all parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that before surveying the land, notice shall be issued to the adjacent landowners and other interested parties, if any.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
