[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY, J.] The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner - Association as a public interest litigation to call for the records relating to the impugned auction-cum-tender notification, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.254 of 2020 18.12.2019 and to quash the same.

2. As per the tender notification, dated 18.12.2019, the interested persons should submit their tenders within 05.00 p.m. on 06.01.2020 and the tenders would be finalized from 11.00 a.m. on 07.01.2020.

3. Mr.K.Chellapandian, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent, submitted that the respondent had already opened and confirmed the tenders in favour of the successful bidders.

4. In these circumstances, the relief sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
