ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) The limited prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition is for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition dated 05.04.2024, as against the orders passed by the second respondent in Enquiry No.1/2023 dated 03.07.2023 and the proceedings of the third respondent in D.P.No.1/2022 dated 19.12.2022.
2. Since the revision petition is still pending, it would be appropriate to direct the first respondent to dispose it of expeditiously, within the stipulated time.
3. In view of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner, dated 05.04.2024, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three
(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
