ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.THIYAGARAJAN, Government Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.K.MANICKAM, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 335 days in preferring the above Writ Appeal. 2.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and on being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned subject to condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) as costs, to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the petition shall stand automatically dismissed.
