To prefer this Memorandum of Grounds of Civil Revision Petition before this Hon'ble Court against the order dated 23.01.2017 passed in I.A.No.135 of 2015 in H.M.O.P.No.80 of 2013 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai District. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.RAJESHWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. There is an inordinate delay of 193 days in re-presenting the revision and therefore, this Court feels that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
