Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARTHICK R.J., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side)on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time for compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12724 of 2022, dated 26.07.2022.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of the concerned District Legal Services Authority. Thereafter, no further extension will be given.
