ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SIVARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is to condone the delay of 1625 days in paying the deficit court fee.

Delay is condoned subject to the payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) to the Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, on or before 18.11.2016 failing which, this petition would stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
