ORDER

The petitioner / wife filed this Transfer CMP to withdraw the case in HMOP.No.227 of 2021 on the the file of Sub Court, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin District and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Madurai to be tried along with HMOP.No.1284 of 2021, which is filed by this petitioner for restitution of conjugal rights, since the petitioner is residing at Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials on record.

3. Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.227 of 2021 pending on the the file of Sub Court, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin District is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Madurai to be tried along with HMOP.No.1284 of 2021. Sub Court, Kovilpatti is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Madurai, forthwith.

4. Since both the parties are requested to post the matter before the Mediation, the Family Court, Madurai is directed to refer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P(MD).No.17 of 2022 and the said HMOPs to Mediation and then proceed the case as per law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
