C.R.P.(MD) Nos.1318 & 1319 of 2013 2.From the records, it is seen that the applicant/claimant/2nd respondent has not challenged the order passed in W.C.I.A.Nos.55 & 57 of 2011 in I.A.Nos.56 & 58 of 2011 in W.C.Nos.37 & 39 of 2005 and it is only the co-respondent therein, who is not aggrieved by the said order, who has challenged the said order and therefore, the above revision petitions deserve to be dismissed and accordingly, the same are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
