This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and final order dated 05.11.2011 made in I.A.No.160 of 2011 in O.S.No.49 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruchendur.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat on 22.04.2018 and nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
