ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A-2 and A-3 in Crime No.142 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 20.04.2015, for the alleged offence under Sections 392 r/w 397 of I.P.C and hence seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 20.04.2015, the accused snatched Rs.400/- from the defacto complainant at knife point.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner was working in Qatar till 2012 and he is now awaiting employment in the fire service. It is further submitted that only to detain the first accused under Act, 14, this false case has been registered. It is further submitted that the petitioners are friends of the first accused and they have been falsely roped in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) vehemently opposed this application by stating that these petitioners are involved in two previous cases of similar nature in Crime Nos.65 and 123 of 2015. It is further submitted that the investigation is still pending.

5. Considering the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
