ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 18.11.2020 and the requisition letter submitted by the Chairman/District Judge, Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, No.5, Kamarajar Salai, TNUHDB Annex Building, Chennai-600 005 in D.No.121 of 2023 dated 27.10.2023 seeking further extension of six months time to dispose of the case in O.A.No.181 of 2020, this Court made the following order:

"Perused the note submitted by the Registry along with the letter dated 27.10.2023 of the Chairman, Tamil Nadu State Wakf Tribunal, Chennai, seeking extension of 6 months time for disposal of O.A.No.181 of 2020.

2. Having considered the reasons therein, further 6 months time is granted from today to comply the order dated 18.11.2020 of this Court passed in C.R.P(MD)No.1360 of 2013."
