This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court on 12.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21854 of 2024 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 1/3

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for nearly twenty three days.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21854 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
