Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2.The petitioner had gifted the petition mentioned property in favour of the local body for the purpose of putting up the bus stand. It appears that the bus stand was constructed but at some other place. Since the purpose for which the gift deed was executed has not been effectuated, the petitioner wants the property back. 3.The petitioner's counsel places reliance on the order dated 30.10.2017 made in W.A.No.836 of 2017. The petitioner has also given a representation in this regard.

W.P.(MD)No.288 of 2021 4.The first respondent is directed to consider the said representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
