O R D E R

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking direction to the second Respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.284 of 2022. It is his further submission that the Petitioner is a senior citizen. He had parted with huge amount to pay to the accused in this case. On the representation that the accused will secure job for the son of the Petitioner and to the youngsters known to the Petitioner's son, they had parted with huge amount. Even after giving a complaint with the third Respondent, they had not proceeded till date with the investigation.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in Crime No.284 of 2022 on the file of the third Respondent was withdrawn by the proceedings of the first Respondent and transferred to the file of the second Respondent on 06.07.2022. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the second Respondent, would submit that the investigation had almost been completed. He undertakes to file the final 2/4
