COMMON PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed on 18.11.2011 by the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur in I.A.Nos.343 & 345 of 2011 in H.M.O.P.No.136 of 2009. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Karnan (in both petitions) For Respondent : Mr.A.Thiruvadikumar (in both petitions) COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed to set aside the fair and final order passed on 18.11.2011 by the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur in I.A.Nos.343 & 345 of 2011 in H.M.O.P.No.136 of 2009.

2.The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the main H.M.O.P. itself was dismissed and therefore nothing survives in these Civil Revision Petitions.

3.Recording the same, these Civil Revision Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
