ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the order dated 04.07.2013 passed in I.A.No.308 of 2013 in O.S.No.110 of 2013, on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Ambasamudram. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the main suit was disposed on 10.07.2018 and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
