Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for records in C.C.No.95/2019 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi under section 498A, 506(1) of Indian Penal Code and quash the C.C.No.95 of 2019 as against the petitioners concerned and render justice.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that against the very same final report, another Criminal Original petition was filed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14322 of 2021 and the learned counsel submits that he came to know of the said quash petition only now. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
