When the mater is taken up for hearing, today also, there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option except to the dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
