O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to quash the Crime No.301/2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District.

2.According to the petitioner, the case has been registered in Crime No.301/2013, under Sections 120(B), 468 and 420 of IPC against the petitioner, but, so far no charge sheet has been filed. At this stage, the petitioner is present before this Court to quash the said F.I.R on the ground of inordinate delay.

3.Mr.Prabhu Rajadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation shall be completed within a week and the final report shall be submitted before the concerned Court at an earliest.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and to file a final report before the concerned jurisdiction Court, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after serving notice to the parties concerned.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
