To withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.157 of 2015 and H.M.O.P.No.32 of 2016 pending before Sub Court, Aruppukkottai and transfer the same to Family Court, or any competent Court at Madurai ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.ANANDAN, Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to restore Tr.CMP(MD)No.314 of 2016, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 26.10.2016.

2.
