Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned Government order of the 1st respondent in G.O. (Ms) No.177, School Education Department dated 13.10.2016 and quash the same as illegal insofar as it relates to the Clause-7(i) and (ii) is concerned, which imposes the condition that the Physical Education Teacher/Physical Director Grade-I and II are not entitled for third incentive increment as illegal, arbitrary and disccriminatory and also to quash the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6958/E3/2018 dated 28.12.2018 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently directing the respondents No.1 to 4 herein to grant one set of 3rd incentive increment to the petitioner for acquiring PG Diploma in Yoga.
