PRAYER IN REV.APLC(MD) No.SR41425 of 2017 To review the order passed in Writ appeal against the judgment and order dated 02.06.2017 of Honourable Single Judge of this Honourable Court rendered in W.P(MD)MP/17094 of 2015 ordering all the benefits till his superannuation date as per the correct date of birth with cost and pass such further orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

passed by the 2nd Respondent without Jurisdiction and quash the proceedings and directing the 2nd Respondent to dispose the sae according to law ordering correction of the Service Register with real date of birth 13.01.1959.
