ORDER:- Civil Revision Petition coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 26.09.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Munsif, Ambasamudram, vide Letter in D.No.154 of 2020 dated 18.05.

2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. H.Arumugam, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. J.Ashok, Advocate For M/s.Jeyapaul Associates, for the Respondent this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today for the extension of time for disposing the suit in O.S.No.82 of 2011.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 26.09.2019, by directing the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.82 of 2011 within a period of three months. Already time was extended by this Court on 25.02.2020. 3.Now, the trial Court seeks further time for disposing the suit owing to Covid-19 lock-down.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further two months' time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the trial Court for disposal of O.S.No.82 of 2011 The learned Judge shall keep in mind the attitude of the parties and dispose of the case within the prescribed time.
