Pleased to reverse the Decree and Judgment made in A.S.6 of 2004, Dated 04.02.2005 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Tiruchirapalli reversing the Decree and Judgment made in O.S.1523 of 1989 dated 25.09.2003 on the file of the III Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirapalli by allowing the appeal and dismissing the suit of the plaintiffs in toto with costs. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of none appeared for the respondents either in person or through by an advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to return the original documents which were marked as Ex.A1 and Ex.A2 filed in O.S.No.

1523 of 1989 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli. 2.There is no representation for the respondents. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. 4.Registry is directed to ascertain as to whether a certified copy is substituted for the documents sought for and if so, return the same.
