This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 13.06.2013 made in E.L.O.P.No.19 of 2011 passed by the I Additional District Court, Tirunelveli.

C.R.P.(MD)No.1462 of 2013(NPD) for the period between 2011-2016. The period for which, the first respondent was elected, is already over. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and therefore, it is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
