Seeking to quash the case in Crime No.149 of 2015, the present petition has been filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, would submit that on completion of the investigation, the Charge Sheet has been filed in this case and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the concerned Magistrate to consider the charge sheet in Crime No.149 of 2015 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
