Delay is condoned subject to the payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, on or before 18.11.2016 failing which, this petition would stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
